Chad has spearheaded and implemented branding and marketing solutions for luxury real estate developments such as Mid Town Miami, Sian Ocean Residences and Evolution Lofts in Las Vegas. He is well versed in working with a wide range buyers, sellers and real estate developers and prides himself on offering top notch customer service.

Katherine Cohen, managing partner at The Jordan Group, is a licensed Realtor in New Jersey. Working from her fine arts background, she shines as an innovator in home styling and real estate marketing. Katherine's creative vision is matched only by her leadership experience, working with some of the biggest names in the television and fashion design industry. Her resume of meticulous production work includes television set design clients such as Home and Garden Television (HGTV), TLC, The Fox Network and fashion design clients such as Urban Outfitters, Prada, Coco Chanel, Lilly Pulitzer, Journeys, and many more. In addition Katherine was selected as a semi finalist on HGTV’s Design Star and was awarded the Best Of Philly accolade for home staging.

Katherine’s real estate philosophy is simple, investing in the real estate market is the most effective route to building wealth and to securing an independent financial future.
